Membership
To help shape the direction of Fremantle Medicare Local and help us achieve our vision, ‘Connecting to improve local health and wellbeing’, organisations and individuals within primary health care organisations who have a keen interest in the planning and delivery of health services in the Fremantle, Melville, Cockburn and East Fremantle regions, are being encouraged to apply for membership.

There are two categories of membership
- Ordinary
- Associate
Ordinary membership is open to organisations, practices and companies who support the work Fremantle Medicare Local undertakes. Ordinary members will be able to attend, be heard and vote at the annual AGM which is held towards the end of each year.
Associate membership is open to individual people who support the aims of Fremantle Medicare Local. This membership category is a statement of your support for the work Fremantle Medicare Local does for the community. You will be able to attend and be heard at the annual AGMs.
Membership of Fremantle Medicare Local Limited will consist of Practices and other incorporated organisations with the primary purpose of delivering and/or supporting recognised primary health care services within the region.
The fees for membership are:
- Ordinary Member – $100
- Associate Member – $50
There is no limit to the number of members and there is no membership application fee.
